DIY│Homemade Shortbread.


Hello everyone! Today I thought I'd show you how to make your very own Shortbread fingers.

Ingredients ♥

250g (9 oz) - Be-Ro Plain Flour
75g (3 oz) - Caster Sugar
175g (6 oz) - Butter

Method ♥
1. Collect all equipment.
2. Preheat Oven to 160ºC, 325ºF, Gas Mark 3.
3. Grease a baking tray.
4. Mix flour and sugar in a bowl.
5. Rub in butter.
6. Knead well to form a smooth paste.
7. Roll out into a rectangle.
8. Cut into fingers and decorate with fork markings.
9. Bake for 20 -25 minutes.
10. Let them cool down and put them on a plate.

Once they've come out the oven.

and...
Viòla!

On a plate - I know that they don't look like the shortbread fingers you get from the supermarket although they are unique and homemade and super tasty. 
They go down an absolute treat with all the family so why don't you try and make some!
