My Wreck This Journal ♥

Aloha!
So we are finally at the end of marvelous March! Can you believe it? However tomorrow it will be the start of amazing April and hopefully it will be as amazing as March may have been for all you lovely bloggers! I know it's been a great month for me!

So today I thought I would end March by showing you some of the pages I have done in my Wreck This Journal. I haven't done it for ages as I've been too busy with blogging and school work. I've also managed to fit in a social life too. Go me!

Anyways I thought I would show you some of my pages and if you could comment in the comments below of what you think of my pages, it would mean the world!

This is the fill this page with circles page and as I designed it kept changing it as you will see...

This was after 2 days of doing this page.

Then with a bit of magic paint I transformed it into...

This.

I thought I would photograph it outside to see what it looked like.
I then decided it needed something else so I added some red wool.

I decided I would add some stickers and some drawings of Minney and Mickey mouse.

This is my create a nonstop line page and this is what I came up with.
Another photo of my create a nonstop line page.

This is my collect the stamps off all your mail page and as you can see I have a lot of stamps from all over the world. I write and have wrote to people from Canada and other places but now I mainly stick to UK people as mailing costs are very expensive.
This is my crumple page so I decided to write this quote on it.

One of my most recent pages I did was this document time passing page which I wanted to dedicate to Doctor Who, I was a massive Doctor Who fan when Christoper Eccleston and David Tennant was the Doctor and for some reason I kind of forgot about it and I haven't watched it since except the 50th Anniversary episode.

This has got to be one of my favourite pages in my wreck this journal so far. This is my this page is a sign what would you like it to say? page and it is my favourite because I decided to add this cute little positive card  that my friend Daisy sent me and I drew some of my favourite disney characters and added some quotes.
This is another photo of my favourite page.

This is my pour, spill, drip, spit, fling your coffee here page but I decided to use hot chocolate, tea and coffee which was a tad messy and it went everywhere I then decided to add a song lyric from one of my favourite songs called cold coffee by Ed Sheeran and I decided to draw Chip from Beauty and The Beast as he is so cute and I couldn't resist. As you can probably tell I am obsessed with Disney.

Then one night I needed my wreck this journal to dry this was before I added some of my drawings to the front and it was a sunny night so I decided to get some pegs and hang it on my washing line.

So that's my wreck this journal so far! Do you have a wreck this journal? I would love to see your photos so feel free to tweet me with them. My twitter is - Imcalledmeg_

Rings and Tings ♥

Hello everyone!

Today's post is about a Company called Rings and Tings and wow what a company, their jewellery is absolutely brilliant. I received my jewellery pieces in one week which I thought was pretty good and I was so pleased to open this little package of absolute joy which had some of the nicest jewellery I've seen in it. I feel like with jewellery you have to have a story with it or you have to know when to wear them etc so today I will be showing you my lovely jewellery pieces and telling you a story and when I'm going to wear them.

So I better get started!

These are all the lovely jewellery pieces.

These are the vintage charm bracelets which have the charms of a lucky clover, a butterfly and a love heart which I think they're super cute. I will wear these more in summer as I feel that they are summery and nice for an adjustable bracelet, nothing too heavy and they go with everything.

Next I have this bow ring which is the cutest thing ever. I love rings with minimal decoration and something that is a bit girly but goes with everything and this definitely does. I will be wearing this when I have a bow in my hair and a spotty dress or something really cute which will reflect the cuteness of the ring.

This ring is very unique and I have never had a ring like it, I really like how it is a separative kind of ring and I would wear it all year round.
So these are all my beautiful rings.

Here is the vintage style telescope necklace.

It has a really long chain.

I think this is one of the nicest pieces I've ever seen and I just love it.

Barry M TMLP Lipstick Review ♥

Bonjour!
How are all of you fabulous bloggers? How has your marvelous March been?

Today I'm reviewing the Barry M TMLP Lipstick which I must admit is very unusual. I was looking around the blogmosphere and I came across people reviewing this product and as I had some christmas money left I decided I was going to go out and buy it. I didn't have any Barry M lipsticks until I bought this one and I was excited to try it.

I love the packaging of this lipstick, it is very plain but I prefer a simple packaging and I hope that there will be an amazing product inside.

I find with most Barry M products they have quite a plain packaging but an amazing product so I couldn't wait to find out what was inside.

As you can see the lipstick looks green and everyone immediately says 'Why on earth have you bought a green lipstick' however it is actually pink.

I wasn't sure how this lipstick would look on my lips as some lipsticks just don't suit me. The magic behind this lipstick is it reacts with the alkali levels in your lips, this determines how pink the lipstick goes. Which I think is fabulous. I feel like this lipstick is more of a lipstain but it is perfect as it is long lasting and the colour still remains slightly when you remove your make up however it's such a nice colour that I don't think anyone who puts this on would mind.

Overall I'm very happy with this purchase and would happily repurchase it! It is so soft and feels so nourishing on your lips. You can buy it here for £4.49 and with Aloe Vera what more could you want?

Have you  tried this lipstick and what did you think? What is your favourite Barry M lipstick?

Thanks for reading!

*UrbanVeda Review. ♥

Aloha!

So today I'm reviewing the brand UrbanVeda who have kindly sent me some samples to try and I have been trying them out for a few weeks now. All these products are for oily skin and they are called Neem + Botanics. They are supposed to be 3 things:

- Pore refining
- Mattyfing
- For oil-prone skin.

"Cold-pressed pure Neem and refreshing essential oils combine to help remove impurities and prevent congestion. Our detoxifying Ayurvedic skincare helps to reduce excess sebum, refine pores and leave skin hydrated, while our bodycare invigorates tired souls, putting a zing in your step."

I received a lovely note and 3 samples.

I received samples of the Purifying Exfoliating Facial Polish,  the Purifying Day Cream and the Daily Purifying Facial Wash.

Firstly I'd like to talk about the best of the 3 products which is the Purifying Exfoliating Facial Polish. I have never tried a facial polish before but I have tried The Body Shop ginger polish and orange one too and they don't really give me that exfoliation I like. I also use many exfoliates but they just aren't rough enough. I realize that having a rough exfoliate can cause problems but I feel like a rough one gets the job done. So onto this product, it is a very gritty polish  and that isn't what I expected but it is so good! My skin felt so good every time I had used it  and it has a minty smell. Overall I really enjoyed this product and would definitely purchase the full product which is £8.99.

Next I want to talk about the Purifying day Cream. I'm firstly so bad with creams. Like I hardly ever moisturize and I know I should but I just can't face it because all they seem to do is make my face 10x more oily than it already is and I don't really like the texture of cream but anyway I thought I'd give this a go as it's for oil prone skin. When I applied the product it made my face feel really nice and not oily but as the day went on my face became oil overload and it was just terrible. I used the product up but I won't be buying the full product. However if you do want to purchase it, it's £14.99.
Finally onto the last sample product I received which was the Daily purifying facial wash which I found really cooling and refreshing. It definitely made my pores less visible and calmed my oily t-zone. I was very impressed with this product and a little goes a long way. I would definitely purchase the full product for the price of £7.99.

Overall I was very impressed with the products I received, thank you again UrbanVeda. I wouldn't purchase the day cream but I would definitely purchase the other two products. I love the minty smell of your products!

Have you tried Urbanveda

*Batiste XXL plumping powder + Batiste Dry Shampoo in monochrome Review! ♥

Hola!

Today I have brought you a post about Batiste and I will be telling you about two fabulous products which are the *Batiste XXL plumping powder and the *Batiste Dry Shampoo in monochrome.

Here are both of the products.

Firstly I will start off by telling you about the XXL plumping powder...

The packaging is cute and small meaning that it is a brilliant travel size essential.

The powder comes out of these holes.

It is great for any hair types and it really gives you that boost that you need. All you do is sprinkle a little bit of this powder on your dry styled hair and dust onto your roots and you work it into your hair therefore it gives you the volume boost that you need without backcombing your hair. Overall I was very impressed with this product and it gave me the volume I needed.  This is a new product and you should definitely give it a go!

RRP: £3.99.

Next I am going to be telling you about the batiste Dry Shampoo in Monochrome which is so delicious. It reminds me of christmas because it has a spicy type of scent to it and it basically does the same job as any of the other dry shampoos except it smells sooooo good! I would definitely recommend this and it made my hair feel less greasy and fresh!

I love the packaging for this! It's so nice and it is an essential for me especially when I may be out and about! This is a new product and I think you should get your hands on it as soon as possible! It gives me a very 60's retro style and I just love using it.

RRP: £2.99

I love both these products and I would definitely recommend them.
